Job Description

As a Product Manager for Hygieia, you will own the product strategy and technical roadmap for a mission-critical distributed system that serves as the backbone of our CI/CD data ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product strategy and technical roadmap for a mission-critical distributed system that serves as the backbone of our CI/CD data ecosystem
  • Manage a complex architecture of microservices, batch collectors, and real-time APIs
  • Be responsible for the high-integrity telemetry that fuels automated release decisioning across the enterprise
  • Lead the strategic modernization of Hygieia, driving the transition toward a next-generation ecosystem capable of processing millions of daily requests with increased scalability and lower latency
  • Act as the primary bridge between raw pipeline data and automated governance, ensuring that as our infrastructure evolves, our data collection remains the source of truth for every software release
  • Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

  • 3+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 3+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 3+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
