As a Product Manager for Hygieia, you will own the product strategy and technical roadmap for a mission-critical distributed system that serves as the backbone of our CI/CD data ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Own the product strategy and technical roadmap for a mission-critical distributed system that serves as the backbone of our CI/CD data ecosystem
Manage a complex architecture of microservices, batch collectors, and real-time APIs
Be responsible for the high-integrity telemetry that fuels automated release decisioning across the enterprise
Lead the strategic modernization of Hygieia, driving the transition toward a next-generation ecosystem capable of processing millions of daily requests with increased scalability and lower latency
Act as the primary bridge between raw pipeline data and automated governance, ensuring that as our infrastructure evolves, our data collection remains the source of truth for every software release
Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have:
3+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
3+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
3+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
