We offer financial products and services for small business owners through corporate clients, with the goal to pave the path for them to do more business. We’ve built an organization that is focused on listening to and learning from the millions of customers we serve to make sure our products, services, and experiences work as hard as they do. In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for Al. While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you've used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
