Job Responsibility:

  • Spearhead strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability
  • Partner cross-functionally to build scalable, technology-driven architectures that deploy real-time alerts, ensure compliance, and drastically reduce incident recovery times
  • Apply human-centered design and integrated problem-solving to translate complex whitespace challenges into an iterative, game-changing roadmap
  • Mitigate risks, uncover hidden opportunities, and drive strategic investments needed to win in the AI space

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with industry-standard observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana), OpenTelemetry (OTEL) standards, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts like SLIs, SLOs, and MTTR
  • Proficiency in translating complex, fragmented system logs into actionable insights using data visualization tools, structured querying (e.g., SQL), and prescriptive analytics
