Manager, Product Management (PXDP50). About the team: The common capabilities team is the foundational engine that accelerates successful development of Capital one's modern credit card system by enabling data abstraction, data quality and tooling for our partners to scale state of the art customer billing system. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of a modern, extensible, and well managed products. You will succeed if you are able to apply systems thinking to understand the platform, business, and broader technical architecture holistically, and partner with Engineering to drive the full development lifecycle. Your work will deliver foundational capabilities that power updated card processing platforms across Capital One.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define strategy for agentic tooling that power the data validation tooling by closely understanding customer and internal stakeholder needs and defining the product roadmap
  • Agentic Product development: Leverage AI tools for spec driven development to build AI native products to meet customer needs faster
  • Build & manage relationships across product, engineering, program, and risk management in a matrixed, cross-functional program
  • Deliver business-critical value to seamlessly enable consumer adoption & build meaningful momentum during our core migration off

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
