Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card’s Site Platform team is seeking a Product Manager who will help define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform and optimize the way developers and PMs engage with it.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning key capabilities on the Card Site platform - the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cards
  • Defining the strategy and creating go-to-market plans for next generation capabilities to optimize the way we structure our APIs and how code is built and shipped on the platform
  • Partnering with front end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well-managed way

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
