The Card Core team is leading a critical initiative for one of the company's largest and most critical acquisitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive cross-functional initiatives with significant business and customer impact, focusing on customer and account data conversion for the Card Recoveries strategy. Another key aspect of this role will involve developing automated and AI-powered solutions to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of data migration. In the long term, these solutions will be instrumental in the convergence strategy of our most fundamental Card SOR platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Stakeholder Management: Partner with a cross-functional team of Business, Operations, and Platform stakeholders, to align on business goals, scope, and delivery timelines
Requirement Definition: Work with Business teams to meticulously define technical requirements, upholding a high standard for the 'definition of done'
Tech Delivery: Collaborate closely with Engineering partners to drive the full development lifecycle, from requirement definition to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of both BAU and new functionalities
Problem Solving: Exercise critical thinking and curiosity in daily problem-solving. Know when to challenge assumptions, and employ sound judgment for escalations and decisions
Executive Communication: Create high-quality presentations that translate complex technical progress into clear, compelling updates for executive audiences. Build the presentation, articulate the value, and gain stakeholder buy-in for your vision
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
