Job Description:

Product Manager for Capital One Travel, you will be at the forefront of reimagining the travel booking experience for millions of customers. Capital One Travel is not just a booking engine; it is a premier lifestyle platform integrated into the Capital One ecosystem, offering unique features like price prediction, price match guarantees, and seamless rewards integration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own a significant portion of the travel product roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-confidence travel experiences
  • Optimizing the flight booking funnel
  • Expanding our luxury hotel collection
  • Innovating on post-booking disruption services
  • Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
