Job Description

Manager, Product Management- Partnerships Data Products. The Partnerships Data Team provides the critical data infrastructure, products, insights and governance required to enable Capital One’s External Partners and internal functional areas. The Partnerships Data team sits at the center of Capital One’s fastest-growing business—powering how we partner with leading retailers and brands. We build the data products and insights that drive billions in customer engagement and revenue. As a Product Manager, you’ll own high-impact data products that not only enable partner growth, but also serve as the foundation for AI and key decisioning systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Product Vision:Define and drive the roadmap for next-generation data products that power partner growth and enable AI-driven decisioning
  • Lead AI-Enabled Modernization:Transform legacy data systems into scalable, real-time platforms—leveraging AI/ML for data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation
  • Deliver Intelligent Insights:Modernize partner reporting into AI-enhanced insights and recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Operate at Enterprise Scale:Work across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to build trusted, AI-ready data ecosystems

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
