Job Description

The Global Consumer Products and Processing Team is searching for a visionary Design Manager to partner with the Consumer Core products and Processing management team to deliver best-in-class products that generate value for both customers and end users, driving tangible business results.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Prioritize design initiatives and provide direction as central design voice
  • Drive teamwork by hosting design workshops and reviews
  • Manage complex design projects, overseeing scope, resource allocation, and timelines
  • Establish and enforce design standards
  • Maintain and guard implementation of design system
  • Provide design materials to win new business
  • Review and approve design deliverables

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading product design initiatives
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
  • Deep understanding of user experience, business objectives, and technologies
