Job Description:

Manager Product Development for Accordant product within Spend Management Team, responsible for managing overall product value and driving critical projects through the entire product development lifecycle from concept to implementation for new and existing products.

Job Responsibility:

Manage overall product value both to CVS and to clients
Drive critical projects through the entire product development lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple key stakeholders
Identify and develop new product ideas
Navigate ambiguity to bring concepts from ideation through commercialization
Develop and own business cases to support new product opportunities
Lead new product ideation and development
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Create and defend business cases
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product design or product management, product strategy, or consulting
3+ years of experience within the Healthcare industry
3+ years of experience working in a Product organization in a matrixed organization, including working with multiple functional areas such as Product, Commercialization, Clinical, Finance, Sales
Bachelor's degree required
High accountability, independence, and ownership of complex initiatives
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Executive presence and storytelling skills
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders
Adaptability and curiosity to learn quickly
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Proficiency in business case development
High attention to detail
Results-focused, self-starter mentality
Ability to develop clear goals and plans

Nice to have:

MBA
Proven success in developing and launching new products
Experience working in pharmacy benefit and/or health insurance industries
Direct experience with CVS Specialty benefits and/or product
2+ years of client facing experience managing customers
