Manager, Product Development and Management

• Drive the implementation of new life insurance product initiatives in various distribution channels
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle
• Develop customer-friendly product collaterals and marketing materials to promote HSBC Life insurance offerings
• Support product enhancement and ad-hoc request of changes
• Conduct market study and customer research to better understand emerging market trend and customer needs
• Conduct post implementation review after new product launch so as to identify gaps for future product development
• Ensure timely delivery of core deliverables with high accuracy, service standard and quality to drive business strategy

• Relevant experience in financial services, experience in life insurance preferred
• An advantage to have solid knowledge in life insurance product development and customer collaterals
• Detail-minded, ability to handle multitask in a fast-paced work environment, and prioritize work assignments
• Highly effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment and be able to work independently
• Good team player to collaborate with teammates and other counterparts for efficient project delivery
• Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must
• University degree in relevant discipline
