The Manager, Product Commercialization plays a pivotal role in supporting the EEMEA Network Optimization Business Unit within Network Services. Responsible for driving revenue assurance, performance optimization and GTM governance across Mastercard’s 'network-based distribution' including other applicable 'paths to market' within EEMEA Services. This role is accountable for delivering data-driven insights, financial rigor and execution oversight that enables stronger monetization, improved yield and enhanced revenue predictability. The incumbent will manage network analytics, business case evaluation and performance tracking, ensuring commercial decisions are underpinned by sound data and disciplined governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead analytical deep-dives into revenue performance, leakage and yield drivers, identifying opportunities to enhance monetization and recover value
  • Support the design and implementation of the revenue assurance framework, ensuring data integrity, billing accuracy and consistent waiver governance across all network activities
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics to validate reported performance, reconcile variances, and strengthen revenue forecasting accuracy
  • Generate actionable insights to support executive reviews, highlighting revenue risks, optimization levers, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of GTM governance and roadmap planning for network initiatives, ensuring commercial alignment and cross-functional readiness
  • Contribute to the preparation and financial evaluation of program proposals and business cases, including scenario modeling and ROI assessment
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and approval processes for network programs, ensuring compliance with governance and delivery milestones
  • Develop executive-ready materials, dashboards, and bulletins to communicate rollout plans, program updates and network performance trends across EEMEA
  • Monitor network utilization, waiver conversion and yield trends to identify efficiency gains and revenue growth opportunities
  • Partner with Pricing, Analytics, and Customer Success to translate analytical findings into prioritized actions that enhance network monetization
  • Drive consistency and alignment across multiple distribution pathways — including network-based, embedded, reseller/referral, and developer/tech channels — ensuring cohesive performance oversight and reporting

Requirements:

  • Up to 10 years Commercial Strategy, Pricing or Revenue Operations ideally in Fintech, SaaS or Platform businesses
  • Analytical & Commercial Acumen – Advanced analytical capability with a strong command of financial modeling, business case analysis and revenue performance tracking. Ability to translate data into commercial strategies and executive insights
  • Revenue Assurance Expertise – Deep understanding of revenue realization, yield optimization, and leakage prevention frameworks within complex or multi-channel business models
  • Strategic Execution – Proven ability to operate at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution, supporting enterprise-level GTM initiatives and governance programs
  • Stakeholder Leadership – Skilled communicator and collaborator with experience engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Product, Market Development, and Customer Success
  • Financial & Technical Literacy – Sound grasp of P&L dynamics, forecasting, fund allocation, and network economics with working knowledge of digital distribution and platform ecosystems
  • Tools & Proficiency – Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel, with the ability to design performance dashboards and translate data into meaningful narratives
  • Mindset – Strategic, intellectually curious, and execution-focused — with a passion for driving measurable revenue and operational impact across complex environments
