You will be at the heart of the procurement and planning function. You will help drive efficiency, cost savings, and supply chain reliability across manufacturing operations, collaborating with finance, legal, engineering, and production teams to deliver critical materials on time.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising, developing, and driving continuous improvement across procurement and planning
Leading material delivery and supply readiness
Reporting on KPIs such as cost savings and inventory turnover
Negotiating with suppliers
Collaborating across Finance and Legal on policies and risk
Leading demand forecasting and production planning
Coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and sales to balance cost and service levels
Using ERP systems to manage workflows and support strategic initiatives that move the business forward
Requirements:
Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field (master's preferred) or 4-6 years of related experience
3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills with familiarity in global sourcing and logistics
Ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities with clear, proactive communication
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLookup), PowerPoint, and Word
Proven track record in leading and developing teams
ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and experience using sourcing and procurement workflows
Nice to have:
Experience in driving continuous improvement is a plus (Six Sigma, Lean)
