As a Manager of Process Management, you will lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time. Our team bridges technical teams, stakeholders, and users to ensure products are well-documented, efficient, and fully supported. We act as custodians of knowledge, blending technical writing, business analysis, and process management to create clear documentation, optimize workflows, and provide proactive user support.
Job Responsibility:

Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time
Author and maintain high-quality technical specs, supplemental guides, and user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences
Analyze stakeholder requirements and perform gap analyses to improve documentation clarity, usability, and cross-functional workflows
Manage document lifecycles, including version control, review cycles, and adherence to Enterprise/GPN risk management standards
Triage customer feedback and partner with Success teams to ensure content accuracy and a user-centric experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
Nice to have:
Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
5+ years of experience in Process management
5+ years of experience in Project management
