Job Description

As the Manager for Process Control & Electrical Engineer, you will support production activities and facility operations. This includes process troubleshooting, process improvements, support of multiple projects, and leadership of several projects, including capital projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee small team (typically 2-4) of process control / electrical engineering professionals
  • Direct and provide direction to contracted draftsperson / drawing specialist
  • Ensure compliance with EHS procedures, policies, and codes, including those around electrical safety for the facility
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting of processes, process control systems, and power distribution
  • Lead projects (including capital) and plans related to continuous improvement to processes, process control systems, and power distribution
  • Work with other engineering disciplines, production departments, and maintenance team to accomplish the process control goals in the departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related engineering field
  • 8+ years' related experience in electrical engineering and process controls
  • Familiar with industrial power distribution

Nice to have

Desirable to be familiar with Foxboro control systems and Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
