Dynamic leader to advance North American Pricing Capabilities and help shape the future of data-driven merchandising at Circle K. Design and implement pricing processes, embed pricing into broader revenue management strategies, and align stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Pricing Capabilities roadmap for North America
  • Develop business cases and executive-ready presentations to influence senior leadership
  • Integrate pricing into the revenue management framework
  • Translate complexity into action, breaking down large initiatives into achievable steps
  • Collaborate across Global Functions and Business Units to ensure alignment of pricing initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs, establish post-event analysis, and share insights
  • Support the team during annual business budget planning
  • Act as subject matter expert for Pricing in North America
  • Champion a data-driven culture
  • Collaborate with Global Merchandising Excellence to shape and integrate new tools and processes
  • Lead and coach a business analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in CPG, retail merchandising, or strategy consulting
  • Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change across the organization
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity, complexity, change and pace
  • Strong understanding of multi-unit retail operating models and processes for merchandising and pricing execution
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to think broadly and develop strategic frameworks
  • Experience in a supervisory role, managing and developing people
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (including international)
  • valid passport required
  • Flexibility around working hours required, working with teams across time zones
