Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible to support and guide Premier Acquisition Managers to acquire quality Premier customers only within the c.1000 EWS companies and refer relevant products to them at time of account onboarding
  • Work in close collaboration with EWS CAMs, Loan Specialists, Wealth Specialists to deepen penetration into target affluent employee segments including identifying business development opportunities
  • Accountable for achievement of cross sell targets for specific products, e.g., TRB, wealth referral, mortgage and credit cards, etc.
  • Responsible to ensure right level of service provided, with right controls in place and zero tolerance to misconduct or wrong customer outcome
  • Support development of the team to have right skills to interact and deal with Premier clients and manage relationships in companies
  • Managing customer expectation through service clinics, open days, regular meetings is key and improved engagement with the company in making HSBC the preferred banking partner
  • Drive, maintain and focus on a strong collaborative effort between channels

Requirements:

  • Graduation degree is REQUIRED – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
  • Complete understanding of the IWPB products, propositions and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
  • Experience in dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customers in proposing product and services
  • Adept of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals
  • Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers
  • Excellent performance year by year
  • Ability to manage high network clients
