Job Description:

The role involves designing and optimizing card loan applications throughout the life cycle, driving campaign strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Candidates must possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibility:

Design and optimise card loan application journey throughout the life cycle, while leading initiatives to drive digitalisation
Understand the market competitive, environment and customer data to plan, organize and implement differentiated campaigns to drive customer engagement and facilitate the growth of card loan portfolio
Performs business needs assessments, development, and documentation of business requirements from which technical specifications are formulated
Rollout and launch the card loan enhancements
Proactively engage all the stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experience
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks

Requirements:

University degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferable in credit card industry
Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
Strong aptitude for innovation, ready for challenges and enjoy working in dynamic environment
Able to work independently with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
Self-motivated professional with great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
