Brief Overview: Supports pharmaceutical design partner innovation engagements by synthesizing insights, developing business cases, and translating client feedback into structured product requirements. Plays a critical role in advancing innovation and commercialization activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports facilitation and innovation workshops and working sessions
  • Conducts structured analysis of partner feedback, market data, and product performance
  • Develops business cases, pilot frameworks, and commercialization materials
  • Translates qualitative insights into product requirements and roadmap inputs
  • Tracks pilot performance metrics and documents learnings
  • Prepares executive-ready summaries and strategic recommendations
  • Coordinates cross-functional inputs to advance new product initiatives
  • Ensures documentation supports scalability and broader portfolio integration

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, strategy, product development, or healthcare analytics
  • Experience supporting innovation or commercialization initiatives preferred
