Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Performance Marketing who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
  • Own channel budgets and forecasts
  • manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
  • Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
  • Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution—and turn the results into action
  • Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
  • Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Ads

  • Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
  • Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
