Job Description

We’re seeking a Manager, People & Culture to enhance the employee experience from onboarding to ongoing development. This role involves designing and managing programs that connect employees to our culture, drive engagement, and foster growth. You will oversee key programs like onboarding, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and learning programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Onboarding Experience: Manage and continuously improve OLIPOP’s onboarding program
  • Collaborate on orientation sessions to ensure a consistent experience
  • Partner with People Operations for logistics coordination
  • Enhance onboarding based on employee feedback
  • Employee Engagement & Listening: Manage the engagement survey process, including vendor partnerships
  • Work with leaders to translate survey insights into actionable plans
  • Track engagement trends and support team-level improvements
  • Develop ongoing employee listening mechanisms
  • Events & Culture Programming: Plan employee experience programs that support learning and culture initiatives
  • Oversee event logistics, vendor management, and budgets
  • Coach People Experience team members for program execution
  • Learning & Development Programs: Partner with L&D vendors for leadership programming
  • Coordinate program schedules and communications
  • Support manager training initiatives in partnership with the People Team
  • Internal Communications & Intranet: Manage employee-facing communications, focusing on clarity
  • Support the development of the internal intranet and resource hub
  • Ensure easy access to People policies and resources

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in Employee Experience, Engagement, Learning & Development, or related fields
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Experience designing programs with a data-driven approach
  • Ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with external vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
