Job Responsibility

  • Supplier Management: Execute routine supplier-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned
  • Production Support: Manage and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing by severity and business impact
  • COB Controls: Monitor and maintain COB control procedures and compliance requirements
  • Exception File Review: Identify, assess, and triage exception files
  • escalate issues as needed
  • VC GL Reconciliation: Perform general ledger reconciliation activities for virtual card accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • VC Operations: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks for virtual card management
  • UAT Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing for new merchant onboarding functionality
