Manager Payment Service

• Manage and control daily operations and administration of the remittance unit
• Monitor performance of employees, vendor staff and unionized staff
• Ensure standardization of processes
• Centralise regulatory filing activities at Mumbai as per RBI requirements
• Ensure effective Business Continuity plan
• Guide the team to excel in all performance parameters
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards
• Implement group compliance policy
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Develop Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Check compliance with FEDAI and RBI guidelines
• Ensure KYC for FDI transactions
• Monitor costs and optimize operations resources
• Process transactions as per laid down guidelines
• Liaise with internal customers
• Identify training needs for staff
• Ensure timely implementation of audit points
• Manage risk and operational controls

• 3-5 years of overall Banking exposure
• 2 years of specialized experience in managing Remittances Operations
• FEMA knowledge (Preferably FEDAI certified)
• People and Stakeholders Management
• Strong Communication and decision-making ability
• Thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Customer Drive
• Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment

FEDAI certified
