Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct research to understand patient needs and experiences
  • Utilize the creation of journey maps, prototypes, and other artifacts to document and demonstrate processes and ideas
  • Analyze patient feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Visualize insights from patient feedback and data to create compelling presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement patient experience initiatives
  • Create and maintain documentation of patient experience processes and outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote patient-centered care practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, market/user research, service design, healthcare, or a related role
  • Have a track record of establishing systems and processes that add scale, create consistency, and increase efficiency
  • Have experience are comfortable with quantitative information such as research data, profit & loss statements, business KPIs
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides and design tools like Miro
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with patient experience methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, visual formats
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • US work authorization
