Job Description

Mirakl is accelerating the growth of Connect+, our partner-led engine powering marketplace and dropship success across EMEA. We’re looking for a senior builder to define and scale our Partner Ecosystem and monetization strategy, from recruiting and enabling top-tier partners to co-selling, marketing activation, and new revenue streams. You will own the Connect+ partner motion across key markets (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain), as well as our app store monetisation strategy for all Mirakl suite of solutions working hand-in-hand with Sales EMEA and our tech/App Store teams to drive pipeline, ACV, and GMV through a high-performing ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and execute the partner strategy in target regions (FR, DE, UK, IT, ES)
  • Recruit, qualify, onboard, and enable new partners (inbound and outbound)
  • Orchestrate a live partner portfolio: lead generation, co-selling, joint pipeline management, and driving to ACV close
  • Launch and scale partner marketing plays: webinars, events, sponsorships, and content
  • Collaborate closely with Sales EMEA and Technical/App Store teams to prioritize integrations and maximize visibility
  • Operate with Mirakl’s stack: Salesforce, a future PRM (to be implemented), Outreach, and standard Mirakl tooling
  • Increase lead volume via seller agencies
  • Build a strategic relationship with Shopify to expand co-selling and brand visibility
  • Define monetization strategy by partner type, with the right sequencing
  • Lead negotiations with diverse partner categories to unlock new revenue streams quickly
  • Partner with the tech team to evolve and scale the Partner Center
  • Launch net-new revenue streams with core business partners
  • Grow seller GMV and Mirakl revenues through activation and monetization of channel connectors

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales/partnerships with a clear track record of partner-led growth (pipeline, ACV, GMV)
  • Experience across commerce ecosystems (platforms, SIs, agencies, ISVs, connectors)
  • End-to-end partner motion: hunting (inbound/outbound), enablement, and short-cycle co-selling governance to close
  • Strong sales craft: negotiation, deal acceleration, and joint pipeline management
  • Fluent in English and French
  • German is a strong plus
  • Startup mindset: fast execution, high ownership, autonomy, and agility
