Job Description:

This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Marriott International’s partnerships in South Asia. This marketing leader will be working directly with agencies, vendors, suppliers, and other business partners for developing and executing marketing initiatives that help the company grow the respective partnership businesses. This is a high visibility role that requires coordination with stakeholders and partners across the region & global teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies for Marriott International’s partnerships in South Asia
  • Executing campaigns designed to build partnership program awareness, promote products and services, and generate leads to meet partnership KPIs
  • Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns based on key performance metrics
  • Fully own and manage marketing budget for respective partnership projects
  • Coordinating with internal functional teams to develop new products launch or business as usual marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing data from various sources to identify opportunities for improving marketing strategy
  • Creating an online presence for businesses through effective use of social media and digital channels
  • Coordinate and develop digital media plan with our agency to achieve partnership objectives
  • Develop offline plan to build lower & upper funnel marketing strategies along with media agencies
  • Managing all aspects of marketing initiatives from initial point of contact to closure
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and activation of assigned tasks
  • Coordinate with agency & designers for development of creatives as per campaign needs
  • Track and measure the value to Marriott of each partner
  • Own marketing and branding need of the partnerships in collaboration with cross function teams
  • Manage budget, legal compliance, iT requirements, operations & reporting for all partnerships
  • Lead and support the setup of partner campaigns and offers
  • Work with relevant global and regional stakeholders to secure appropriate resources to support partner activities
  • Audit and monitor all partner and Marriott channels to ensure information is correct and in alignment with contractual commitments and financial regulations
  • Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders to engage with partner opportunities
  • Help develop the partner activation plan and manage its day-to-day implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or any relevant disciplines
  • 5 years+ of experience with a track record of driving business outcomes in various marketing roles, including digital marketing, b-to-c channel marketing, brand marketing or partnership development
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in campaign management
  • Agency experience will be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer relationships & global mindset
  • Attention to details, organized with strong execution ability
