Job Description

As the Manager, Partner Integrations for North America, you will lead a dedicated team of integration specialists focused on the implementation and optimization of technical integrations within our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Off-Street Partner Program for North America , you will oversee the delivery of integrations across multiple product linesthat keep our cities moving. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive operational excellence and process standardization while empowering your team to hit key performance milestones. Whether you are based in Atlanta or working remotely, you will act as a key stakeholder across Product, Development, Client Support, and Distribution teams to ensure our integration standards are scalable and world-class.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coach a team of Partner Integration and Client Support Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
  • Establish and refine technical integration standards, testing protocols, and documentation to improve delivery consistency
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to enhance the scalability of our partner onboarding process
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new North America partner integrations from initial request through to successful launch
  • Manage and monitor team performance via ticket queue health and the successful execution of special integration initiatives
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical integration challenges, collaborating with development teams to find solutions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or Management role specifically within the parking industry
  • Deep familiarity with parking industry-specific players, partner relationships, and the broader mobility ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience in technical integration or API-focused roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards for documentation and testing
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
