Their platform empowers independent food businesses to reach nationwide audiences while delivering comfort and culinary joy to customers everywhere.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
Own execution, analytics, reporting, and testing roadmaps to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Partner with internal creative teams and external creators to build high-performing, engaging ad campaigns
Optimize campaigns through continuous management, data-driven insights, and innovative strategies
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh, competitive, and scalable
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social or other paid performance channels
Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, creative best practices, and account structures
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance, identify trends, and present insights
Experience collaborating with creative teams and writing strong creative briefs
Comfort with ROI, incrementality, and A/B or holdout testing frameworks
Nice to have:
SQL experience is a plus
