As the P&C Services Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing development of this function at Adbri and will oversee the delivery of core HR transactional services and ensure the smooth operation of our people systems and processes. This role and team is central to enabling a seamless employee and leader experience across the people cycle.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee end-to-end support for recruitment, onboarding, learning, remuneration, performance management, and offboarding processes
Lead the team responsible for the Dayforce HCM, including workforce management (WFM) support to operational teams, and coordinate with Centres of Excellence and Payroll to ensure system integration and data accuracy
Deliver regular people metrics, maintain develop reporting tools, and respond to reporting needs to support data-driven decision making
Identify and implement enhancements to HR systems and processes, driving efficiency and improving the employee and manager experience
Requirements:
Proven experience managing HR operations or shared services teams
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience highly regarded)
A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for process optimisation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
