Job Description:

Hulu is seeking an Originals Marketing Manager within the Hulu Originals Marketing team who will support our unscripted and scripted slate of Original series. This role calls for a strategic and culturally attuned marketer who can help shape and execute breakthrough campaigns that resonate with audiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for pop culture and entertainment, paired with a desire to deepen their expertise in brand-building, media strategy, and creative development. You will contribute to the ideation and execution of 360° marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance for Hulu Originals. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills, ambition, and discipline. Success in this position depends on the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships with key stakeholders, communicate clearly, and gain alignment. The right candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development of strategy, positioning, and target audiences for Hulu Original slate
  • Manage cross-functional team planning to develop and execute 360 campaigns
  • Use performance metrics and audience research to inform marketing strategies
  • Attend and organize key meetings, developing campaign recaps and updates
  • Work with external marketing partners/agencies to develop and implement 'big idea' marketing initiatives
  • Ensure resources are prioritized by managing and driving key deadlines and deliverables
  • Execute marketing plans that extend and enhance our ability to reach new and existing audiences
  • Analyze the effectiveness of media and marketing data to better optimize spend and performance
  • Track budget and spend
  • Investigate and track industry trends and innovative media opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing strategy or similar positioned roles
