Job Description

This role manages an advertising operations team. It ensures digital and linear ad campaigns and creative are compliant and implemented in alignment with client expectations and internal standards. It leads technical implementation, testing, performance optimization, and reporting of advertisements across platforms. It drives workflow efficiency, operational quality, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to broader strategic and process improvement initiatives. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a team of supervisors and/or professionals responsible for fulfilling advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Ensuring ads, copy and creative are executed as sold and meet all contractual, compliance, and formatting requirements
  • Overseeing timely and accurate upload, tracking, delivery and verification of campaigns, and creation of daily traffic schedules
  • Leading resolution of technical and operational issues, investigating discrepancies and ensuring root causes are addressed
  • Implementing change management and operational plans to seamlessly implement new workflows and technologies, including adoption, trial and quality assurance processes
  • Monitoring live campaign performance, copy execution and inventory usage, reallocating, optimizing or communicating as needed to meet delivery goals
  • Developing and refining processes for tracking delivery performance and generating campaign, copy and operational reports
  • Collaborating with sales and partner teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and fulfill delivery requirements
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring department staff, ensuring clear goals that align with the company's Operating Values
  • Participating in operational planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
