Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end execution of seasonal merchandising and consumable initiatives, ensuring programs are clear, executable, and consistently delivered in stores
Partner on planogram sets by conducting walkthroughs, capturing feedback, and shaping bulletin notes and instructions to maximize store execution, while influencing decisions on processes and standards that simplify work and improve outcomes
Review results of resets, programs, and events, collecting the voice of the colleague to drive continuous improvement in both store and CSC processes
Own the communication strategy for store and field teams for categories within span of control, including launch strategy, training materials, field readiness, and leadership materials/presentations that drive alignment, decisions, and clear execution readouts
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Merchandising, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful seasonal and consumable execution, while establishing, reinforcing, and elevating brand standards across all merchandising displays for consistency, compliance, and visual excellence
Requirements:
Experience leading store execution for merchandising programs such as seasonal transitions, consumables programs, planograms/resets, and brand standards
Proven ability to translate merchandising strategy into clear store and field communications, including instructions, launch materials, training support, and readiness checklists
Strong operational coordination skills working across multiple stakeholders (stores, field leaders, Merchandising, CSC partners, vendors) to ensure aligned execution
Experience collecting and synthesizing field feedback and execution performance signals into practical process improvements, clearer guidance, and actionable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines with high attention to detail, and willingness to travel to stores as needed (up to 50%)
Nice to have:
Experience partnering on planogram set development and store walkthroughs (including translating feedback into improved guidance)
Experience developing executive-ready leadership updates and presentations tied to execution health and recommendations
Experience managing recall communications and execution follow-through for merchandising categories
Strong project management skills supporting multi-workstream launches and seasonal readiness
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards
SQL a plus) to monitor execution outcomes and performance trends
