Manager Operations – Burdekin Region

As Manager Operations, you will be responsible for one of our major sugar manufacturing sites, with accountability for safety, production, and performance. This is a senior leadership role where you will guide operational outcomes and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the site. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to support plant performance, ensure safe and reliable operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a visible and approachable leader, supporting capability development within your team while ensuring consistent operational delivery.
