Job Responsibility

Oversee core financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, and customer account reconciliations
Own the month-end close process and deliver clear, insightful analysis to senior leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants, acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation
Coordinate strategic finance activities such as debt sales, regulatory reporting, and the annual external audit
Design, test, and implement improvements to our systems, policies, and internal controls
Use SQL and advanced Excel to build reporting, automate reconciliation processes, and enhance data accuracy
Support the Financial Controller with strategic initiatives and fast-paced, analytical projects
