Job Description:

Lead critical operational functions supporting a rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. Own the end-to-end process of onboarding Allara providers, maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one
Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators
Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process
Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs
Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices
Design and implement automations to foster process improvement

Requirements:

3+ years of healthcare operations experience
At least 1 year in a management role
Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management

Nice to have:

Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations
Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management
Experience with learning management systems or provider onboarding software solutions
