Job Responsibility:

Lead supply and demand planning to support digital sales on CVS.com, rapid delivery platforms, and vending programs
Act as the supply chain point of contact for digital initiatives and emerging channels
Identify and execute opportunities to improve web availability
Support digital early launch and exclusive programs
Optimize digital safety stock levels to drive order fill rates and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with external partners on demand forecasts, supply constraints, and assortment updates
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and shipping cost per order
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends impacting eCommerce, and assess potential impacts on the supply chain

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related function
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work through ambiguity in a dynamic business setting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SQL or other database query languages
Experience using Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment
