Manager of Wealth Custom Lending

• Lead and develop a team of lending professionals
• Collaborate with Bankers and financial advisors to identify new lending opportunities
• Develop strategies and initiatives to drive lending business growth
• Shepherd deals through the credit approval process
• Refine and implement lending policies and best practices
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with financial advisors and clients
• Coach team members on advanced lending practices
• Ensure all lending activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• 8+ years of Wealth Custom Lending experience or equivalent
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive new lending business and capitalize on market opportunities
• Ability to develop and deliver lending solutions tailored to unique client needs
• Experience with complex collateral, cross-border lending, or emerging lending technologies
• Deep knowledge of lending products, credit analysis, risk assessment, and relationship management for high-net-worth clients
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills
• Experience developing lending strategies and presenting complex deals for approval
• Commitment to talent development and client service excellence
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or related field
• FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
• Ability to travel to throughout West Coast Markets regularly
