Job Description

Oversees the Dash environment across eight geographically separated sites with a population of 400+ team members. Focus areas include but are not limited to: Program ConOps compliance, execution of Customer deliverables, integration of program performance with the wider ES-level business objectives, alignment with Sector and Business Area strategies, integration with IBP cycles and development of sustainable funding model. Support the Corporate Portfolio Program across INC, I&S, SMS, and ES providing clearance and bespoke security support to the company officials, presidents, VPs and senior directors. Ensure that the company leadership has the required programatic insight and logistics assistance to strategically execute their portfolio. Support the execution of portfolios across the INC footprint, including those executed by the DAF and DON. Lead the Billet Management Board, managing the shared balance of personnel accesses across all business areas in both ES and SMS. Support IT initiatives and facility, including the transition from traditional IT to modernized PL3 computing. Engage Analysis Plan teams to drive relevant execution and outcomes benefiting internal and external stakeholders. Support execution of program area sponsored engagements, performing tasks such as security verification, material preparation, facility coordination and hospitality.

Requirements
