Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in implementation, consulting, programme delivery, or solution architecture within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience from leading and growing senior customer-facing technical professionals, such as Solution Architects, consultants, or Programme Managers
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment
  • Strong track record delivering complex enterprise implementations or architecture engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of modern SaaS architectures, integrations, and APIs
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and data-driven solutions, with interest in applying emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency
