Job Responsibility:
Establish and share your vision for nursing practices within the unit
Work closely with supervisors and nursing staff to reach department goals
Prioritizing a positive work environment, ensure the establishment of effective processes and protocols, fostering best nursing practices and research
Encouraging the growth of each team member, facilitate their professional development in both clinical skills and leadership capabilities
Stay informed on new nursing research, best practices, and patient care models
As a proactive problem solver, identify and address any ethical or clinical issues that may arise
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing
A minimum of (3) three year's prior experience in a relevant role is required
The candidate must be a registered nurse (RN)
Basic life support certification, (BLS) or ability to obtain within (30) thirty days of hire, is essential for this role.
