7-10+ years of experience in energy compliance, operations, or cybersecurity with direct ownership of NERC Operations & Planning compliance
Demonstrated experience building and managing an enterprise NERC compliance program, including policies, controls, evidence management, and reporting
Strong audit leadership experience, including internal and external audits, spot checks, and self-certifications, with skills in gap analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
