Robert Half Marketing and Creative is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to oversee marketing systems and processes while providing data-driven insights to support business growth. This role involves Marketo management, Salesforce integration, data audits, and collaboration with multiple teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the configuration, operation, and optimization of Marketo, ensuring its full functionality and alignment with marketing goals
Oversee the integration of Marketo with Salesforce to guarantee accurate data flow and seamless reporting
Maintain the integrity and compliance of marketing data by conducting regular audits and resolving data-related issues
Develop actionable insights through detailed reporting and dashboard creation to support marketing strategies
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency across marketing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align objectives and implement strategies
Create, document, and enforce best practices for lead scoring, segmentation, and automated workflows
Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing tools and systems, providing technical guidance and training as needed
Coordinate campaign execution processes while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Partner with teams to optimize pipeline management and reporting processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
Expertise in managing Marketo for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
certification in Marketo is highly preferred
Strong proficiency in integrating marketing automation platforms with Salesforce and managing data processes
Comprehensive understanding of lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and attribution frameworks
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
Experience with database management and adherence to data compliance standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing environments is a plus
