As an Inside Sales Manager at Axon, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to elevate team performance and drive exceptional sales results. You will implement performance tracking systems, recognition programs, and data-driven coaching to maximize individual and collective success. You will collaborate across business functions to align sales processes with organizational goals and ensure Salesforce accuracy for informed, strategic decision-making. You will maintain a high performance culture with a high level of accountability, while ensuring your team is having fun along the way.
Job Responsibility:
Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and productivity targets
Monitor and track Sales rep individual performance, strengths, and areas of opportunity
Coach, develop, and mentor sales reps to drive continuous improvement
Ensure activity standards are being delivered and use of Salesforce.com and accuracy of metrics
Work with other business functions to improve the effectiveness of cross-functional processes
Meets with each Sales rep individually for at least 1 hour monthly to review results and coach for improvement
Manage a recognition and reward program for their team.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales Management role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
4+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales individual contributor role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
Proficient in SalesForce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to expect candor and join forces to execute Sales goals.
