Job Description:

As the manager of Front Store Strategic Finance, you are joining a team that will spearhead deeper financial analysis of the Front Store business by providing independent and trusted evaluations. This role will report to and assist the Lead Director of Strategic Finance with supporting the ownership and drive analysis of shadow P&Ls while working to improve partnerships with cross-functional teams and influence senior leader decision makers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership
  • Own and manage complex Front Store Initiatives, tracking financial performance & trends
  • Portfolio optimization: Partner with business leaders to ensure financial discipline
  • Lead special projects: create ROI analysis for new business growth & development
  • Analyze ad-hoc business cases
  • Track ongoing project deliverables across multiple time horizons

Requirements:

  • 5+ years finance, consulting, banking, or strategy background
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience
  • 3+ Retail or CPG industry experience with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting/analytics
  • Bachelor's degree is required or equal experience

  • Ability to balance, coordinate, and execute against multiple competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, pro-actively and be naturally inquisitive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong, credible, and trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Experience providing P&L oversight and analysis
