A nationally recognized law firm is expanding its analytics function and seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to support its Labor & Employment practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and producing clear, accurate, and well-structured data reports. In partnership with the Director of Analytics, you will help lead an established team of analysts and contribute to a collaborative, positive environment known for being supportive, team-oriented, and highly engaged.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze, interpret, and manage data sets related to labor and employment matters, with emphasis on wage & hour
Produce accurate, timely data reports that support attorney workflows
Enhance analytics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and build meaningful solutions
Contribute ideas that help evolve the team’s data operations—and thrive in a professional, enjoyable work culture
Requirements:
Data analytics experience in wage & hour or labor & employment work law
Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
Demonstrated leadership—either prior management experience or strong natural leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and ease working directly with attorneys and legal teams
