Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the closing team while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and quality standards
Monitor performance through file audits, coaching, and accountability to proactively identify and resolve risks or obstacles
Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff to balance workloads, meet performance goals, and strengthen overall team effectiveness
Track SLAs and customer service metrics to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement
Handle escalations and complaints with urgency and professionalism, providing clear communication and reporting to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in title company closing operations
At least 3 years of management experience within a title services organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple teams and priorities
