As our Nurse Manager Care Coordination Manager at Mercy San Juan Medical Center, you'll report to our Director of Care Coordination and oversee a department of 35 FTEs (RNs and CCA). In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of daily operations to ensure efficient and compliant departmental execution of the organization’s Care Coordination goals and key performance metrics.
