  • 7+ years in facility operations, asset management, or utilities engineering in hi‑tech, semiconductor, pharma, or mission‑critical environments
  • Experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and technical troubleshooting
  • Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, utilities, FMCS, cleanroom infrastructure, and building services
  • Solid analytical and decision‑making skills
  • able to assess risks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
