Job Responsibility:

  • Continuous advice on the enhancement of products for existing cooperation partners
  • Support with the on-boarding of new cooperation partners and monitoring the performance of cooperation partners with regard to AFC compliance issues and communication with the respective partner managers
  • Advise on strategic compliance issues related
  • Preparation and implementation of training courses
  • Extension of the documentation of processes
  • AFC Governance lead and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML/AFC compliance within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of German and EU regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and managing AML/AFC compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC/CDD regulations, sanctions screening requirements, and industry best practices
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, designing transaction monitoring systems, and investigating suspicious activities
  • Fluency in both German and English languages

Nice to have:

Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) preferred
