Extensive experience (5+ years) in anti-financial crime compliance within the financial services industry, with a focus on advisory and strategy development
In-depth knowledge of German and EU regulations pertaining to anti-money laundering, sanctions, and fraud prevention
Detailed expertise in fraud, sanctions and embargo related topics (5 years of experience)
Proven track record of leading successful AFC initiatives, including risk assessments, policy development, and implementation of controls

Continuous advice on the enhancement of products for existing cooperation partners from the various business units
Support with the on-boarding of new cooperation partners and products
Assessing of Third Party Risk Assessment (TPRA) and Modification of Operational Processes and Structure (MOPS)
Preparation and implementation of training courses
Monitoring the performance of cooperation partners with regard to AFC compliance issues and communication with the respective partner managers
Extension of the documentation of processes
Instruction and professional support for employees and cooperation partners
Coordination of BaFin requests and Internal and/or External Auditors
Preparation of Annual AFC Report, German ExCo report governance
