Job Description:

At Bolt.Earth, we’re building the backbone of sustainable mobility fast. We are on a mission to power India’s EV future with the world’s most reliable, accessible, and user-friendly EV charging network. Our connected ecosystem featuring a range of chargers suitable for 2-, 3-and 4-wheelers, a seamless CMS system, and an intuitive mobile app breaks down barriers to EV adoption and makes range anxiety a thing of the past. We’re expanding our OEM vertical at Bolt.Earth, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Leader to head our South India OEM business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the EV + automotive ecosystem, and loves building business from the ground up. If you enjoy chasing targets, owning revenue, and creating meaningful partnerships, you’ll feel right at home here. Why You’ll Love Working Here: Drive the EV Revolution: Your work will directly shape how thousands of users charge, book, and pay—every single day. Innovate Without Limits: Branch out of your comfort zone and experiment with new tools, channels, and processes. Fast-Paced Growth, Real Impact: We move fast, test faster, and iterate on real-world data—your insights won’t sit in a folder.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the South OEM sales strategy and own the regional revenue
  • Build and grow OEM partnerships across South India
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand the OEM footprint
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and leadership
  • Build a strong pipeline and deliver consistent quarterly results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • OEM exposure is a strong plus
  • Strong leadership qualities — someone who leads by influence, not hierarchy
  • A builder’s mindset: enjoys creating business from zero, opening new relationships, and unlocking new markets
  • Highly target-oriented, structured, and execution-driven
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration and speed
What we offer:
  • We’ll cover your EV EMIs
  • Courses, mentoring, and all the feedback you can handle
  • Work how you work best – WFO, remote or hybrid
  • Flexible schedules, insurance, comprehensive wellness programs, and mental health support
  • Referral rewards: Share the Bolt.Earth love and earn 50% of monthly CTC of the candidate
  • Quarterly off-sites, hackathons, and culture-building events
